• Have a record of successful leadership, marked by integrity,  accountability, and measurable results in improving school and  district performance. 

• Inspire excellence among staff, students, and the broader school community and encourage continual communication.

• New York State School District Administrator (SDA) or School District  Leader (SDL) certification required. 
• Prior successful experience as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or equivalent leadership role preferred.
