The District seeks a candidate  for the critical position of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.  This cabinet level position is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment to hiring, employee on -boarding to tenure or permanent employment, contract analysis to negotiations, employee discipline to hearings and investigations, as well as other duties assigned by the Superintendent.   Key Responsibilities Leadership and Administration Plan, develop, and revise personnel management policies for submission to the Board of Education.
