The Vernon Verona Sherrill Central School District (Sherrill City) is seeking an innovative, creative, dynamic, and highly qualified educational leader to serve as its Superintendent of Schools.  The District serves approximately 1,800 students, employs approximately 350 employees, and has anannual operating budget of approximately $47,969,200.

The successful candidate will be a problem solver, with strong communication skills; and will have an established record of success in engaging and bringing together students, staff and community members from a wide range of life experiences and backgrounds.  Applicants must possess School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) certification; and must have prior work experience as a school superintendent or substantial prior work experience as a school district administrator.  The salary range for this position will be provided with the
