Just outside of Seattle, with breathtaking snow-capped mountains to the east and the shimmering waters of Puget Sound to the west, Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) is searching for its next visionary leader. 

As a world-class educational agency, we proudly serve 35 school districts, 9 charter schools, 2 tribal compact schools, and 247 private schools across King and Pierce counties and Bainbridge Island, —shaping the educational landscape for one of the most dynamic regions in the country. Over 425,000 or 40% of Washington state’s students attend schools in this region.

Seattle isn’t just a city—it’s a mindset. From the garage-born innovations of Microsoft and Amazon to the artistry of Starbucks and the aerospace impact of Boeing, the Puget Sound region thrives on bold ideas and fearless leadership. And so does PSESD.
