The Principal shall be responsible to the Superintendent of Schools for the instruction, management, and personnel administration of the K-4 school building. The Principal may delegate responsibility for the operation of the school building to shared assistant principal, and all other faculty but the Principal will be responsible for its operation. 

Responsibilities Include:  Instructional Program and Curriculum Development, Instructional Leadership, Personnel, Budget Management, Administration, and Community Relations.

New York State Certification as a School Building Leader (SBL)

Experience as a New York State Certification as a School District Administrator (SDA) or School District Leader (SDL) or School Building Leader (SBL)
