The Cincinnatus Central School District Board of Education seeks an experienced and passionate leader who will support the community's longstanding commitment to educational excellence.  The Board of Education has asked the OCM BOCES District Superintendent, Matthew L. Cook, Ed.D., to assist and advise the Board in the selection process. 

Cincinnatus is a small, rural community of about 900 residents in eastern Cortland County.  The close-knit school district of students and dedicated professionals gathers daily in a historic 88-year-old school building - this building, the heart of the Cincinnatus community - provides a unique setting for students to learn and grow.  The Board seeks a dynamic and inspiring leader who will support the district's mission: Cultivating a safe, engaging and positive learning environment that prepares all Cincinnatus Lions for their future. 

Experience as a superintendent or in a central office position is strongly preferred.  Residency in the district is encouraged, but not required.
