The Trumansburg Central School District – which has an enrollment of approximately 936 students – is spread over three main buildings:Trumansburg Elementary School (Pre-K through grade 4), Russell I.Doig Middle School (grades 5 through 8) and Charles O. Dickerson High School (grades 9 through 12). Located approximately 12 miles north of Ithaca, Trumansburg is a picturesque village at the gateway to the Finger Lakes region, home toaround 1,700 residents. The Trumansburg Central School District spans nearly 90 square miles and serves the Village of Trumansburg and partsof the townships of Ulysses, Searsburg, Mecklenburg, Hector, Covert, Jacksonville, and Podunk.
