Essential Functions: Serves as leader for the District’s Equity Team. Implements, reviews, and updates DEI strategies in alignment with the district’s goals, ensuring equity is integrated across all facets of district functions. Consults on and co-facilitates work of District and Building Equity Teams. Builds strong and collaborative partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups to develop and support equity and inclusion efforts.
