The following work activities are listed as examples only and in no event shall an employee be limited to only those duties listed below: Administers and interprets the negotiated agreements between the District and employee groups. Serves as a resource person to the District in matters relating to the Taylor Law, the NYS Public Employees Relations Board, Civil Service, and other pertinent governmental statues, regulations and rules relating to personnel administration. Investigates and expedites grievance settlements for all District employees focusing on preventive activities. Plans and administers general employee relations activities. Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee morale and engagement.
