SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS SAU 39 AMHERST, MONT VERNON, SOUHEGAN COOPERATIVE HIGH SCHOOL NEW HAMPSHIRE   The SAU #39 Board invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Superintendent of Schools. Located in the culturally rich and historic south-central area of the state, the towns of Amherst and Mont Vernon provide their own elementary schools, and beginning in 7th grade, Mont Vernon sends its students to the Amherst Middle and Souhegan Cooperative High Schools.  Two major state highways pass through Amherst, providing easy access to New Hampshire
