The organization is actively seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, collaborative, and forward-thinking educator to advance the Mission and Vision of the organization.
Serving alongside Visions’ Board of Directors and an exceptional leadership team, the new Superintendent will provide collaborative guidance and leadership while supporting students, staff and families. The Superintendent will effectively address challenges related to COVID-19, Anti-Charter Legislation, Charter Renewal and Managed Growth.

Interview Dates First round interviews will be conducted from March 12 to March 16. Second round interviews are tentatively scheduled for March 29 and 30.
Visions offers a generous benefits package that includes CalSTRS/CalPERS retirement and 100% employer paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single) for full-time staff. The Superintendent is assigned to Visions’ Sacramento-based office in Carmichael, CA.
Experience in student-focused leadership within a diverse learning community
Proven experience in District-level management; Charter School experience preferred
Successful K-12 teaching experience; California preferred
Strong fiscal background in school finance
Possession of an Administrative Services Credential, or equivalent
Masters Degree in education-related field; Doctorate preferred
