The Goshen Central School District was established in 1937. The buildings and athletic facilities are well-maintained and serve as community centers, meeting many of the recreational needs of all age groups within the school district.
Approximately 2,900 students are enrolled in four buildings organized by grade levels to provide the most effective staffing and physical space for our enriching ...programs. The schools are almost within sight of each other on spacious grounds in the northeast corner of the Village of Goshen. Each building is encouraged to develop and maintain its own personality within the district’s overall philosophy. Each building has an active and supportive parent/teacher group and year-round educational opportunities.
Approximately 90 percent of our graduates enroll in further education, with many of the nation’s highly competitive colleges and universities regularly represented among their destinations. Goshen’s dropout rate is normally below one percent and standardized test results are consistently good.
