·Experience in the field of educational administration at the building and/or district levels
·Builds trust and collaborative partnerships with students, the board, staff, and the community
·Knowledge of budgeting and school finance in order to sustain the district’s financial stability
·Communicates effectively in both traditional and digital platforms
·Sensitive to the unique set of challenges rural districts face
Additional Salary Information: Minimum of $125,000. Negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications. Competitive benefits package.
