The successful candidate must have the capacity to build trust with the board members, staff, parents and community members through the use of his/her collaborative skills.
It is important that the next superintendent be able to ensure that the needs of all children are being met while managing the districts resources wisely. Building on the districts strong foundation of success, he/she must continue to develop the past history of positive relationships with all with whom he/she interacts.
