The Garden City Union Free School District is located in the heart of Nassau County, New York and serves the children who reside in Garden City, an incorporated Village of 22,500 residents, which is nearly coterminous with the school district.
Approximately 20 miles east of New York City, on Long Island, the school/community boasts close proximity to some of the finest educational, cultural and recreational opportunities in the world.
